The Proposal Package exclusively reserves an area for you to dine AND to propose. Sometimes dining and the proposal are in the same area. That is up to you and depends on the date you select.
The Castle Falls team is happy to offer suggestions and help you with the process or you can tell us what to do, and we will execute your instructions!
With our Proposal Packages, you may order off the Primrose Menu (5 course) or The Cellar Menu, whichever you prefer.
All Proposal Packages must be prearranged and prepaid.
Basic Proposal Package: $250
- The Library OR The Master Level
- Exclusive use of the private room for 2 hours
- Exclusive use of the proposal area if not at the dining table
- Private consultation with Chef if requested
- Assigned Castle Falls staff to handle planning and execution of proposal details
- Decorations are NOT included but you may decorate
- Food and service and gratuity ADDITIONAL
All Inclusive Proposal Package: $500
All Inclusive price covers everything from facility, food and champagne/wine service. This package includes:
- Everything included in the Basic Proposal Package
- Decorations are NOT included but you may decorate
- Food Service - Dinner service for two from The Cellar or Primrose Menu
- Champagne for proposal and Wine with dinner
- Gratuity and tax INCLUDED
Location Options
Depending upon the date, there are two private areas to choose between:
The Library (2nd floor, requires stair navigation) The library offers cozy, private dining and you can also select a second area to propose if desired (outside or in other areas of the castle if available).
The Third Floor Master Level (another flight of stairs!). If you select the Third Floor, you have access to The Round Room on the Third Floor for private dining and the Master Room on the third level for the proposal. You would be the only guests on the third level. There is also a restroom on that level. The Master Level our personal favorite because you reserve an entire level of the castle exclusively and it can still be a complete surprise!
Outdoors, there are multiple areas to choose from: Wedding Folly (pictured below), benches, a swing, a pergola, and a waterfall.
If available, the Third Floor Master Suite (pictured at the top of the page) is our most popular proposal option! When choosing this option for proposals, they are typically handled as follows:

- Arrive at Castle Falls as a regular customer
- Provide the hostess with your name
- The hostess takes you to the Master Suite as if you are going to your dinner table
- You are both left alone in the Master Suite for the proposal
- Champagne or wine and appetizers may be pre-arranged and pre-set at the table. This is additional to the basic package but is included with the All-Inclusive Package!
- After the proposal, you go to the dining room, which is on the same level. It is a private room in the turret of the castle on the third floor.
- Dinner may be pre-arranged or ordered that evening. Food service and gratuity are additional unless you choose the All-Inclusive Package. The above is for suggestion purposes only. Other options available!
