The Primrose intimate

Total Price – $1,200 for 10 guests (add $65 per additional guest up to 24)
Facility – The ceremony area reserved for one hour.  Outdoor and indoor areas are available for the ceremony.  The dining area is reserved for two hours.  The package includes a total of three hours.
  • Dressing areas or decorating time are not included in this package but may be added for an additional fee.
  • For the outdoor ceremony, the white garden chair setup is included.
  • Dinner service includes salad and bread, and guests choose between salmon, chicken, and pork.  All entrees are served with potatoes and vegetables, and non-alcoholic drinks with gratuity and tax included.    Other options are available.  Price may vary.  Add $65 per for a guest count of 11 or. more (including gratuity and tax).
  • Guest may bring in wedding cake and Castle Falls will provide plates, forks, and cutting utensils; however, no cake-cutting service is provided.
  • Bar service may be added as a cash bar, host paid, or prepaid selection.
  • Guests may bring in table centerpieces and hand-carried flowers for the bridal party.  Sorry, no other decorations unless time is added to the package.
  • For The Primrose Level, stair navigation is required.  The Cellar is fully handicapped accessible but must be requested.
  • Guest provides AV music, and officiant.
  • Based upon availability and not available during peak season.

The Grande Hall Intimate

All the inclusions in The Falls Package modified for smaller gatherings.  The total price for Monday – Thursday for up to 35 guests is $3,500.  Add $50 per person for guest count 36 or more. 

The Falls

Please note:  The Falls Package offers great value and is mostly inclusive.  Substitutions and changes are not available with this package; however, we can customize a package to fit your vision!  Just ask!  

Total Inclusive Price – $9,995  for up to 100 guests for facility, food/bar service, catering attendants/gratuity, and all taxes.

Facility- Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall and the grounds for six (6) hours for up to 100 guests.  Includes facility, reception with food service, house bar (beer, wine, and bubbles), service, and tax.  Ask for a quote for a guest count of 101 to 250.

Day or Evening Ceremony and Reception – Choose one:  1) 8 am to 2 pm with a ceremony at 10:30 am and lunch immediately following; or 2) 4 pm to 10 pm with a ceremony at 6:30 pm and dinner immediately following.  Bar service from 7 pm to 10 pm.

Buffet-style food service immediately after the ceremony Includes a choice of Brunch, Dinner, or Appetizer Reception.  The package price is the same with either option. Also included are:  glass plates, silverware, glass drinkware, plastic drinkware, cloth napkins, and black tablecloths.

  • Brunch Reception – Breakfast Casserole, Biscuits with Jellies and Gravy, Domestic and Imported Cheese and Fruit Display, Assorted Mini-sandwiches, Orange Juice, Coffee, and Tea
  • Pasta Dinner Reception – Salad and Bread, Penne Alfredo with Chicken & Penne Marinara with Meatballs, Coffee, and Tea
  • Chicken Dinner Reception – Salad and Bread, Pan Seared Chicken Breast in sauce, Potato and Vegetable, Coffee and Tea
  • Mexican Dinner Reception – Crispy and Soft Taco Bar, Guacamole, Chips, Salsa, Coffee, and Tea
  • Appetizer Reception – Assorted Mini Sandwiches, Domestic and Imported Cheese Display, Fruit Display, Crudités Display, Dip and Crackers, Coffee and Tea

Facility amenities include:

  • 5,000 sq.  ft. indoor reception or ceremony hall
  • Setup and Cleanup with Castle Falls staff
  • Up to thirty 60″ round tables,  fifteen 8′ rectangular tables, and thirty 6′ rectangular tables
  • White garden chairs for an outdoor ceremony or banquet chairs for an indoor event
  • Full floor-length black tablecloths and black chair covers
  • Wrought iron candelabras, wood pedestals, floor sign holders, and table tent holders, with a variety of glass votive holders, Eiffel Tower vases, and glass vases
  • Bridal dessert display table with cake stands
  • Integrated interior & portable exterior AV equipment
  • Bridal dressing room and groom dressing building
  • Lights with dimming options throughout
  • Interior gas and exterior wood-burning fireplace
  • Acid-stained concrete floors with dance floor options
  • Outside patio with tables and chairs
  • All taxes and service

The Falls Package Upgraded:

  • Full-service bar to include beer, wine, bubbles, and mixed drinks
  • Buffet-style dinner to include salad and bread, chicken and 2nd protein, potato, and vegetable
  • The total price for The Falls Package with upgrades listed above is $12,000 for 100 guests

Other additions available:

  • Petit Fours & Cupcakes – For an additional $4.50  per person plus tax add Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Red Velvet, and Carrot Cake Petit Fours & Chocolate, Red Velvet, and White Cupcakes with Buttercream Topping for a Bridal Dessert Display.
  • Additional Time may be added to the evening selection for an additional fee of $500 per hour.
  • All White set-up may be arranged and include white toppers, white underskirts, white napkins, and white chair covers for an additional fee of $250.

Packages do not include: a minister, florist, photographer/videographer, wedding cake, or DJ; however we are happy to assist with preferred vendors.

THE PREMIER PACKAGE: ALL-DAY USE

Please note:  The Premier Package includes an all-day rental.  Food service may be added but is not included.  With this package, you customize all your details to fit your vision.

The total price is $6,500 for up to 250 guests for facility only

Facility- Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall and the grounds from 10 am to 11 pm when cleanup begins.  Includes facility, tables, chairs, table covers, chair covers, setup, and cleanup.  Up to 250 guests.

Facility amenities include:

  • 5,000 sq. ft. indoor reception or ceremony hall
  • Up to thirty 60″ round tables, fifteen 8′ rectangular tables, and thirty 6′ rectangular tables
  • White garden chairs for an outdoor ceremony or banquet chairs for an indoor event
  • All tables and chairs come with white or black options, full-length linens, and tablecloths
  • Wrought iron candelabras, wood pedestals, floor sign holders, and table tent holders, with a variety of glass votive holders, Eiffel Tower Vases, and glass vases
  • Integrated interior & portable exterior AV equipment
  • Bridal dressing room and groom dressing building
  • Lights that can be dimmed with interior gas and exterior wood-burning fireplace
  • Acid-stained concrete floors with dance floor options
  • Outside patio options with tables and chairs
  • Setup and Cleanup with Castle Falls staff onsite at all times
  • Use of the facility for a photography session with a one-hour rehearsal time
  • All taxes and services included

Add Food Service:

  • All food service is prepared by Castle Falls’ Executive Chef.
  •  Dinner service pricing starts at $30 per person plus gratuity and tax.  Customized menus available.
  • Add $4.50 per person plus tax to add an assortment of Petit Fours (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, red velvet, and carrot cake) and Cupcakes (chocolate, red velvet, and white cake with buttercream topping) for the bridal dessert display table.
  • With food service, also included are coffee, tea, and water, porcelain plates, stainless silverware, cloth napkins, glass plates for cake catering attendants, and tea and water drink service.
  • With dinner service, enjoy dinner for 4 at Castle Falls restaurant

Note: When requesting a quote add one of the following bars and a bar quote will be included.
Full-Service Bar includes beer, wine,  bubbles, and mixed drinks.
House Bar includes beer, wine, and bubbles.
Cash Bar is also available.

Pricing does not include: a minister, florist/decoration, photographer/videographer, audio visual technician, music for both ceremony and reception, and wedding cakes; however, we are happy to assist in giving names of vendors and individuals who can fulfill these services.

THE ROYAL WEDDING EXPERIENCE

Total Price is $25,000 (or $30,000 to close the restaurant Friday and Saturday) for two-day rental including the rehearsal dinner food/bar for 25 guests and ceremony/reception facility food/bar for 100 guests

Facility – Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall & grounds from Friday at Noon through Saturday at Midnight

  • All-inclusive pricing for weekend use of the facility, food, and bar service
  • Includes a Restaurant Reservation prior to event date for up to 4 guests to sample food selections
  • Includes Friday evening Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner & House Bar Service for up to 25 Guests
  • Includes Wedding Ceremony & Reception & House Bar Service for up to 100 Guests

Additional Notes

  • Event end time on Saturday is no later than Midnight. Castle Falls begins cleanup no later than Midnight
  • *The Cellar & The Primrose Restaurant will be opened Friday and Saturday evening or add $5,000 for a total of $30,000 ($25,000 plus $5,000 to close the restaurant for Friday and Saturday)
  • Guest counts may be added to any House Bar & Food Service option. Price will depend upon the Bar & Food service/selection
  • Price is not lower with fewer guest count for any event listed
  • Includes all tax and service
  • Gratuity is additional for the reservation for four guests in the restaurant
  • The Rehearsal Dinner House Bar Service is for up to two hours
  • The Wedding Reception House Bar Service is for up to four hours
  • House Bar includes:  House Wine, Beer and Mixed Drinks. All bar is top shelf
  • Wedding Reception Food Service is buffet style and includes up to four appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 sides, salad, and bread from the Private Events Menu
  • Plated Wedding Reception Service would be available but require limiting menu option to one meat, 2 sides, salad and bread with all guests being served the same meal (100 maximum guests for plated dinner)
  • All other Food Service Inclusions (rehearsal dinner, luncheons) may be plated or buffet style
  • Wedding Cake which is not included; however we would provide glass plates and utensils

*Total Price with The Royal Package – $30,000 ($25,000 + $5,000)

*The grounds will be exclusively reserved for Friday and Saturday.
*The Primrose and The Cellar Restaurant will be closed for Friday and Saturday.
*Access to The Grande Hall will start at Noon on Thursday for decorating purposes.
