Chicken Breast
Marinated skinless/boneless chicken breast 
Smothered in choice of one of the following:
Paprika:  Light creamy paprika sauce
Mushroom:  Creamy mushroom sauce
Jaegar:  Rich creamy brown mushroom sauce with onion and bell pepper

Chicken Stroganoff
Skinless, boneless chicken breast strips sauteed to perfection then smothered in a light creamy mushroom sauce. Served on a bed of noodles or rice. 

Pork
Boneless pork Tenderloin
Smothered in choice of one of the following:
Jaeger:  Rich brown mushroom sauce with onion and bell pepper
Mushroom: Creamy brown mushroom sauce
Mustard Sauce:  Light mustard sauce

Whole Pork Loin
Hand carved pork loin station. Add $125 for personal carving station and set-up.

Sausage
Bratwurst, Knackwurst and Polish Sausage served with tangy German mustard.   

Filet 
4 oz./Add $5 as an additional meat selection
8 oz./Add $10 as an additional meat selection
8 oz/Add $15 as the only meat selection
Smothered in one of the choice of the following
Mushroom Sauce:  Creamy brown mushroom sauce
Jaegar Sauce:  Rich creamy mushroom sauce with onion and bell peppers                                                                

Filet Stroganoff:  Lean strips of filet sautéed then smothered in a rich light creamy mushroom sauce. 

Choice of (2) two side dishes Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Cheesy Potato Casserole, German Noodles, Cilantro Basmati Rice, Home style Green Beans or Vegetable Medley

Appetizers 
Deli-style meat, fruit, cheese, and vegetable trays served with an assortment of bread and crackers. Any of the four above listed appetizer trays may be substituted for any appetizer listed below under the $2 or $3 category at no additional charge. Also, the $4 appetizers listed below may be substituted with a $2 up-charge or the $5 appetizers may be substituted for a $3 up-charge.

Smoked Salmon: served with cream cheese and capers.
Chilled Shrimp: served with cocktail sauce.
Shrimp Scampi: prepared in garlic and butter.
Shrimp: prepared in a pesto sauce and seasoned with parmesan.
Escargot: prepared in butter sauce.

Add $4 per person 
Mashed Potato Bar: your choice of 3 toppings and 1 meat topping from items listed below; cheese, sour cream, red onions, chives, broccoli tips, bacon, beef, chicken, butter and chili.
Layered dip served with sour cream, guacamole, refried beans, red onions, cheese, tomatoes, olives and choice of chicken, beef or pork.
Bangers and Mash: consists of 3 sausages smothered in a bed of garlic infused mashed potatoes topped with creamy brown gravy.

Wurst Sausages: Knackwurst, Bratwurst and Polish served with German mustard.
Swedish Meat Balls: stuffed bell peppers served with cheese and choice of one meat listed; bacon, sausage, chicken or crabmeat.
Stuffed Mushrooms: served with cheese and choice of one meat listed; bacon, sausage, chicken or crabmeat.
Stuffed Tomatoes: served with cheese and choice of one meat listed; bacon, sausage, chicken or crab meat.
Layered Dip: served with sour cream, guacamole, refried beans, red onions, cheese, tomatoes, and olives (upgrade add chicken, beef, or pork).
Mashed Potato Bar: presented with cheese, sour cream, butter and chives.
Chicken Salad
