Additional Options
- Wedding Coordinator - Castle Falls offers an on-site wedding coordinator to handle items such as decorating guidance; supervise cake set-up; guest book set-up; staging announcements and coordinating the wedding party at both the rehearsal and wedding for an additional $500.
- Cake Cutter - Castle Falls offers a professional wedding cake cutter for an additional $75.00.
- Officiant/Minister – Castle Falls does not have an on-site officiant; however we offer an officiant referral list. The fee is $250 paid directly to the officiant and includes attending the rehearsal as well as performing the ceremony.
- Bar Service – Castle Falls is licensed by the State of Oklahoma ABLE Commission to serve alcohol, House/Import beer, wine and liquor plus Castle Falls’ bartenders are required when alcohol is served. Absolutely no outside alcohol, guests bringing alcohol onto the premises will be asked to leave. Beverages are $5 per drink ($6.09 with tax). Please note that Castle Falls provides Import beer only - no domestic beer. In addition, specific label requests are up-charged. (See Safety Concerns for more details on alcohol service.)
- Glassware – Because of breakage and safety concerns, Castle Falls uses plastic drink ware yet we allow Glassware to be rented and brought in for events. Should the rental option be chosen, we then require an additional fee of $200.00 for glass breakage clean-up. Absolutely no glassware may be taken outside of the Castle or Grande Hall.
